192.168.1.128 is a gateway IP for ZTE, TP-Link, and Tenda routers to access admin settings and modify WiFi configurations.

How to login to 192.168.1.128?

  1. Launch your web browser and enter http://192.168.1.128 in the address bar.
  2. Provide the required username and password, then click Login.
  3. Access to the router interface will be granted upon successful authentication.

Note: Login password information is usually displayed on a sticker attached to your router’s rear panel. If unavailable, refer to the instruction manual provided with your router packaging.

How to Change WiFi Password and Network Name (SSID)?

ZTE:

  1. Access your browser and sign into the router interface using the login steps above.
  2. Navigate to Network > WLAN > SSID Settings.
  3. Input your preferred Network Name in the SSID Name field and click Submit.
  4. Choose Security from the WLAN menu options.
  5. Type your new WiFi Password in the WPA Passphrase field.
  6. Click Submit to save and implement the changes.

TP-Link:

  1. Log into the router settings using the authentication method described earlier.
  2. Access Wireless > Wireless Setting from the navigation menu.
  3. Enter your desired Network Name (SSID) and Password, then click Save.
  4. Note: Some TP-Link models place SSID configuration under Basic Settings while password options appear in Wireless Security Settings.

Tenda:

  1. Launch the Tenda router interface and enter the required login password.
  2. Navigate to Wi-Fi Settings > Wi-Fi Name & Password.
  3. Input your preferred Wi-Fi Name and select WPA/WPA2-PSK as the Encryption Mode.
  4. Enter your new Wi-Fi Password and click the Save button.
  5. Alternative: Some Tenda models display Wireless settings on the homepage where you enter Network Name (SSID) and password in the WPA Pre-Shared Key field.

Forgot Login Password?

If you cannot remember your router’s admin password:

  1. Check the router label on the back or bottom for default password information.
  2. Consult your router’s user manual or manufacturer’s website.
  3. Locate the small reset button on your router (usually recessed).
  4. Press and hold the reset button for 10-15 seconds using a paperclip or pin.
  5. Wait for the router to restart and restore factory default settings.
  6. Use the default username and password from the table above to log in.

Remember that factory reset will erase all custom configurations, requiring you to reconfigure your network settings from scratchy.
